AWAY / Edgar Hudson
A discarded football narrates its journey into “away,” revealing that nothing we throw away truly disappears.
Edgar Hudson is a Tanzanian storyteller whose work centers people and voices often pushed to the margins. He is drawn to everyday lives that are rarely framed as “important,” telling stories that find depth, dignity, and meaning in overlooked spaces. A MultiChoice Talent Factory alumnus, he works across film and sound. Edgar’s focus is not on spectacle, but on presence, creating work that listens closely, observes honestly, and lingers with the people it portrays.
